Prepaid Mastercard product replacement

On June 24, 2025, we will remove the Prepaid Mastercard product from our catalog. After this date, any API calls referencing its product ID (ZOGBCJB9TURC) will begin returning errors. If you use the Prepaid Mastercard product, you should replace it with the new Prepaid Virtual Visa (V4QZ00F554D3) to avoid disruptions.

API changes

Here’s what to expect after June 24:

Creating orders via API

  • Campaigns will be automatically updated to use the Prepaid Virtual Visa instead of the Prepaid Mastercard product.
  • API orders that explicitly reference the Mastercard product ID (ZOGBCJB9TURC) will fail.

The transition plan

We’ve enabled the Prepaid Virtual Visa card (V4QZ00F554D3) for all clients with access to the Mastercard product. If you're using the Mastercard product, you can already transition to Visa cards:

  • API updates – If your integration references the old Mastercard product ID (ZOGBCJB9TURC), update it to the new Visa ID (V4QZ00F554D3). After June 24, 2025, requests to the Mastercard ID will return an error.
  • Campaigns update – Replace the Mastercard product with Visa in your campaigns. If your recipient messaging mentions Mastercard, update it to say Visa instead.
  • Recipient messaging & docs – Update any mentions of Mastercard in your internal documentation or recipient-facing communication. Look for product names, images, and documents.

On June 24, we’ll automatically update any remaining campaigns still using the Mastercard product to use the Visa card instead. The Mastercard product will then be removed from your account.
